Aufgaben

• Perform daily analysis and review of surveillance alerts related to employee trading and MAR compliance
• Investigate alert triggers, data issues, and rule behavior; coordinate corrections with data providers
• Tune, test, and optimize surveillance rules based on business and regulatory requirements
• Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear input for developers and IT teams
• Conduct impact analyses for changes and explain system logic to technical stakeholders
• Analyze data hands-on using SQL and database-level tools to identify issues and solutions
• Align regularly with senior management to prepare use cases, business cases and investment rationales

Profil

• Strong interest in capital markets, compliance, and Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) topics
• Experience in business analysis, preferably in regulatory, compliance, or trading environments
• Hands-on data analysis skills, including SQL and understanding of database schemas
• Ability to bridge business and IT, explain complex logic and challenge stakeholders constructively
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with frequent stakeholder interaction
• Analytical mindset with willingness to investigate, learn and work hands-on with data
