Aufgaben

  • Analysis of existing processes with a focus on roles, workflows, responsibilities, and decision-making paths
  • Assessment of collaboration and examination of the interfaces between teams and partners
  • Identification of process gaps and uncovering historical data gaps, unclear responsibilities, and inefficient workflows
  • Structured identification of risks, bottlenecks, and recurring problems
  • Prioritization of measures: Evaluation based on business impact, urgency, and feasibility
  • Consulting on a governance framework: Clear roles, responsibilities, quality standards, and control mechanisms
  • Stakeholder management: Facilitation, coordination, and ensuring the flow of communication

Profil

  • Experience with complex platform ecosystems, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments
  • Expertise in data governance and data-driven processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for identifying and prioritizing gaps
  • Experience in stakeholder management across various hierarchical levels
  • Change management expertise to support the transformation
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
