- Shape and own business-driven data models that enable consistent finance reporting, planning, and analytics across the organization
- Act as the key bridge between Finance and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable data structures and solutions
- Design and oversee end-to-end data flows from source systems into the global finance data hub
- Establish and drive clear data definitions, standards, and governance principles to ensure trusted and reusable data
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to embed harmonized data structures and support the transformation journey
Profil
- Proven experience in data architecture, data modelling, or similar roles within complex transformation environments
- Strong understanding of finance processes and the underlying data dimensions, including how local and group structures differ and interact
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured data concepts and models
- Experience working with modern data platforms or cloud-based data environments (e.g., lakehouse architecture, snowflake, data bricks)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and align both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong AI mind set, ability to design process with an AI first mindset
- IT literacy i.e. Excel, PowerPoint etc.
