Aufgaben

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company’s information security framework, standards, and governance processes
  
• Support enterprise-wide risk assessments by identifying potential cyber threats, evaluating vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation strategies
  
• Assess, select, and deploy modern security solutions to strengthen the protection of business-critical systems, networks, and data
  
• Plan and coordinate technical reviews, security audits, and resilience assessments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce exposure to risk
  
• Increase security awareness across the organization through training initiatives, workshops, and the promotion of secure working practices
  
• Work closely with IT teams, management, and business stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are embedded into daily operations and strategic projects

Profil

• Experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT operations, or a related field
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT Management, or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
• Practical expertise in areas such as security operations, network infrastructure, vulnerability management, or cyber incident handling
• Professional certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, GIAC) are considered beneficial
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience designing and delivering training programs covering regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity topics
• Excellent English skills and good working knowledge of German
