Aufgaben

• Design, implementation and operation of orchestrated ServiceNow workflows in accordance with the NAF framework
• Creation and maintenance of workflows to control scripts and APIs Set-up and management of a ServiceNow orchestration platform, including status dashboards Extension and customisation of Ansible playbooks for software-defined networks
• Integration and control of version-controlled CI/CD processes via GitLab Integration of NetBox, Infoblox, CMDB, DNS, CyberArk and Checkmk
• Rollout of target configurations within existing change processes Automatic generation of required validation documents for changes
• Technical documentation and delivery of specialist training courses

Profil

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow in workflow design and API integrations
• Experience with business rules in ServiceNow Very good knowledge of Ansible, Python and GitLab
• Experience with user-friendly UI design in ServiceNow Demonstrable knowledge of networking and firewall environments
• Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
