Aufgaben
- Customer Support: Be the go-to contact for our valued customers (partners and end customers), ensuring they receive top-notch service in all aspects of the process.
- Order Coordination: Streamline order processing in close coordination with our headquarters.
- Administrative Support: Lead the charge in coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, internal processes, local accounting, financial monitoring, creating slides and assisting with budgets and reports.
- Marketing Support: Drive our marketing initiatives and amplify our communications.
Profil
- Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Technical Inclination: Willingness to familiarize oneself with the product portfolio.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with Arabic proficiency as a strong advantage.
- Organizational Talent: Exceptional ability to coordinate tasks and schedules.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer support.
- Accounting: Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
- Administrative Competence: Proficiency in document management and compliance.
- Software Skills: Adept with MS Office and familiar with office software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities.
