Operations Manager (Dubai)

Aufgaben

  • Customer Support: Be the go-to contact for our valued customers (partners and end customers), ensuring they receive top-notch service in all aspects of the process.
  • Order Coordination: Streamline order processing in close coordination with our headquarters.
  • Administrative Support: Lead the charge in coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, internal processes, local accounting, financial monitoring, creating slides and assisting with budgets and reports.
  • Marketing Support: Drive our marketing initiatives and amplify our communications.

Profil

  • Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Technical Inclination: Willingness to familiarize oneself with the product portfolio.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with Arabic proficiency as a strong advantage.
  • Organizational Talent: Exceptional ability to coordinate tasks and schedules.
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Accounting: Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
  • Administrative Competence: Proficiency in document management and compliance.
  • Software Skills: Adept with MS Office and familiar with office software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing requirements.
