- Provide hands-on Scrum Master support to 2–3 agile teams, ensuring effective application of Scrum principles and practices
- Act as an Agile Coach, guiding teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders towards higher maturity and performance
- Actively contribute within the teams, not only as a facilitator but also by supporting operational improvements (e.g., refining and improving backlog quality together with Product Owners)
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and helping teams identify and implement actionable improvements
- Support teams in maximizing product value and impact, focusing on outcomes rather than output
- Identify and remove impediments, both at team and organizational level
- Encourage collaboration, transparency, and self-organization across teams
Profil
- An experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master who combines coaching expertise with active day-to-day contribution
- Strong interest in AI / Artificial Intelligence, with initial practical exposure or experience applying AI concepts in an agile/product environment
- Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
- Strong collaboration with Product Owners, especially in backlog management and value-driven prioritization
- Ability to operate beyond the team level, connecting and aligning teams on a portfolio level
- Experience in cross-team coordination and networking, ensuring alignment of dependencies, priorities, and outcomes across teams
- Solid understanding of organizational agility and scaling approaches
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
