- Develop and implement the overall test strategy and test plan for the project
- Manage the complete testing lifecycle, including planning, specification, execution, and reporting
- Define test cases and scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements
- Coordinate test environments, test data, and all required testing activities
- Ensure execution of planned tests, defect retesting, regression testing, and non-functional testing
- Establish and maintain test and defect tracking and reporting processes
- Provide regular updates and reports on overall test and defect status
- Coordinate closely with project managers, business users, testers, and software engineers
- Ensure business sign-off and testing readiness for production deployments
- Support runbook execution and productive rollouts where required
Profil
- Professional experience in Test Management and Software Testing
- Experience working in international and complex project environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
- ISTQB Test Manager certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Xray
- Hands-on experience designing and executing functional, system, integration, E2E, and UAT testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, test case management, and defect lifecycle in Agile environments
- Knowledge of the energy and/or trading sector and related business applications is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; German and/or French skills are an advantage
