As a full-service provider of clean energy solutions, we supply residential and commercial end customers with solar modules and systems as well as power storage. We provide integrated services such as power contracts to provide access to 100% clean electricity. Our global center for technology, innovation and quality is located at our site in Thalheim. From our new office at Südkreuz in Berlin, we manage our sales and distribution as well as the advancement of our services.

• You define new test and monitoring checks for battery (storage) system components. Therefore, you should always be state-of-the-art with regard to the required standards.
• You coordinate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the results as well as the continuous improvement of the test methods.
• You are responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of the storage system components (e.g. storage, inverters, substructure, software/apps).
• You support and/or lead root cause analyses to minimize the risk of quality deviations. You analyze supplier root cause reports for consistency.
• You also support technology and product management in supplier selection.
• You will support the team with supplier audits.
• You will work in the system laboratory to test and monitor system components.

• You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of electrical engineering, microsystems technology, battery technology or engineering.
• You are confident in the use and operation of electronic measurement technology and the testing of electrical circuits, ideally photovoltaic system components.
• You have several years of professional experience and have ideally gained initial experience in project management.
• You have very good MS Office skills.
• You are characterized by your conflict and assertiveness, strong communication skills and organizational talent.
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile and enable you to participate in international business trips.
