Service Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement the service business strategy, including business planning and targets according to the Sales company strategy.
  • Build a strong network within the KHS organization, including the various manufacturing/services sites and the sales organization.
  • Acquisition of new contracts related to the spare part-, conversion- and field-service-business as well as service contracts.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key potential customers.
  • Drives the Field Service Engineers and other members development to implement the department and company’s goals and objectives.
  • Requires coaching and growing a strong team.
  • Assures that the reports of technical service and visits are timely prepared and delivered by the staff.
  • Sizing, selecting and preparing technical and commercial offers.
  • Implementation of Corporate Service strategies.

Ihr Profil

  • Highly customer-oriented.
  • Technical education in machinery and plant engineering or higher education.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization and customers while looking at situations from several points of view.
  • Handling difficulties with ease while inspiring those around you.
  • Fluent command of Spanish and English.
  • Good knowledge in SAP and MS-Office.
  • Goal-oriented and autonomous work method.
  • Powerful, good communication skills, team working and flexible.
  • Management experiences are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
